Born from a belief that home should be more than four walls.

Livinfuture Homes was founded with a straightforward conviction: that a home should do more — use energy wisely, connect families to nature and each other, and stand as something to be proud of decades from now. We started small, working directly with individual families in the Calgary area, learning that the best homes are built on deep listening as much as skilled craftsmanship.

Today we build across Alberta and British Columbia — from lakeside communities in Strathmore to mountain residences in Invermere — and every project still carries that same founding commitment. No two homes we build are identical, because no two families are.

We are not a volume builder. We take on a carefully selected number of projects each year so that our team can give every home the full attention it deserves — from the first design conversation through to the day we hand you the keys.

From first conversation to move-in day.

Step 01

Free consultation

We sit down (in person or by video) to understand your vision, budget, and timeline. No obligation, no pressure — just an honest conversation.

Step 02

Design & approval

Our design team creates a plan tailored to you. We revise until it's right. You sign off before a single permit is pulled.

Step 03

Construction

Your build begins with a dedicated site manager and regular progress updates. You have direct access to your team throughout.

Step 04

Possession & care

We walk you through every system in your new home at possession, and remain available for any questions or warranty items after move-in.
